The Story of Anchical
The hamlet of Anchical farms — Les Chryolles — already appears on the 1732 land register. This mountain land carries within it centuries of history, toil and Maurienne tradition.
From traditional farming life to its contemporary rebirth, this hamlet lived through the agricultural peak of 1939, the gradual abandonment of the 1960s-80s, all the way to its modern social renaissance begun in 2017.
